Description: Cabela's Retail, Inc is hiring seasonal Associates in the Bargain Cave department for our Retail Store in Hammond, Indiana. These positions are a critical link to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for all outdoor enthusiasts. Position Includes: Assist Customers in finding merchandise and help make the buying decision. Assists with merchandise display Restocking merchandise Ensure department is organized and clean Position Requires: Must be Customer Service oriented and a Team player Must be able to work at least 3 out of 4 weekends a month Able to work any day, including holidays Able to work opening and closing shifts Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent Strong Verbal & Written communication skills We are looking for an associate that has a high skill level and at least 3 years of experience in the following areas: Hunting Fishing Camping General knowledge of a wide variety of products associated with Outdoor sports.
