NMC is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Heavy) for North Platte, NE. Seeking a motivated self started interested in a career with a growing company.
Responsibilities:
· Qualified applicant is responsible for the sales of Heavy equipment in the respective territory. Management of 5 sales representatives.
· Responsible for PINS, Profit, budget and Growth of territory.
· Must develop a complete understanding of CAT merchandising plans and provide exceptional customer service.
· Develop and execute a sales plan, identifying success factors and corresponding actions from a complete understanding of the construction and agriculture industry.
· Achieve results and continue to grow sales despite challenges or obstacles.
· Additional responsibilities include helping with inventory control, inspections of used equipment, be competent in the financials of respective territory and working with sales representatives to maximize NMC assets and values.
· Represent NMC in its relationship with customers, prospects, and key influencers to promote a positive image in the industry and to promote business growth and success.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years industry sales experience required. Management experience desired. We will train the right person.
· Strong relationship development skills are required in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Capable of thinking outside the box.
· Must be an individual of high integrity and ethics.
· Position will require travel in and outside of territory.
